Clear terms with no hidden clauses. We believe in straightforward business.
Defined pickup windows and delivery expectations so you can plan ahead.
We spell out carrier responsibilities and insurance coverage in plain language.
By accessing our website, requesting a quote, or booking a shipment with QuickShip Cars, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our services. We reserve the right to update these terms at any time, and continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
QuickShip Cars is a licensed auto transport broker. We arrange vehicle transportation between your specified pickup and delivery locations through a network of vetted carriers. We do not directly operate transport trucks. Services include open transport, enclosed transport, and expedited shipping arranged upon booking.
All quotes provided are estimates based on the information you supply (vehicle details, route, transport type, and timing). Final pricing may vary if the provided information changes or if market conditions affect carrier availability.
A deposit may be required to secure your booking. The remaining balance is typically due at delivery, either directly to the carrier or through our payment system as specified in your booking confirmation.
You are responsible for preparing your vehicle for transport:
The carrier will perform an inspection at pickup and delivery. Any pre-existing damage must be noted on the Bill of Lading (BOL) to be eligible for a claim.
We provide estimated pickup and delivery windows, not guaranteed dates. Delays may occur due to weather, traffic, mechanical issues, or other unforeseen circumstances.
Someone must be available at both pickup and delivery locations to sign the Bill of Lading and release or receive the vehicle. If no one is available, additional fees or storage charges may apply.
Every carrier in our network carries cargo insurance as required by federal regulations. QuickShip Cars itself is a broker and does not directly insure shipments.
In the rare event of transport damage, claims must be filed immediately upon delivery and documented on the Bill of Lading. The carrier’s insurance handles claims according to their policy terms. QuickShip Cars will assist in facilitating the claims process but is not the insurer of record.
QuickShip Cars’ liability is limited to the amount paid for our brokerage services. We are not liable for delays caused by carriers, weather, or events outside our reasonable control. We are not responsible for personal items left in the vehicle or for damage resulting from undisclosed mechanical issues or vehicle modifications.
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these terms or our services shall be resolved through binding arbitration in Delaware, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
